Note: We do not currently ship to other international locations. If you're located outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate special shipping requests.

Delivery Timeframes

5-10 Business Days

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 2-3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Expected delivery date
  • Link to track your package

You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or contact us if you need assistance with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Important: Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Make sure to include:

  • Full recipient name
  • Complete street address
  • Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
  • City, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
  • Phone number (for delivery notifications)

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Package damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from your order

We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve any delivery problems quickly.

Customs and Duties

For Canadian customers: Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Customs processing may add 1-3 additional business days to delivery time.
